BMW Live Axle Mounting Kit
For shaft drive, single sided swingarm motorcycles, such as the BMW R1200GS(A) or R nineT models, TrailTail has developed a live axle that slides inside the hollow hub of the rear wheel of the motorcycle. The live axle spins with the rear wheel of the motorcycle while bearings machined into the ends of the live axle allow the hitch bolt to remain stationary with the front swing arm of the TrailTail.
