TrailTail’s Fiberglass Trunk is outfitted with corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel clasps that compress a rubber gasket seal to make a lockable water proof compartment. With 133 litres of storage area the trunk is extremely versatile. You can use the Fiber Glass trunk for road trips where you can bring luggage, a cooler, spare gas, rain gear or camping gear. You can also use the Fiber Glass trunk for your daily commutes as there is adequate storage for work boots, tool box, spare clothes, groceries or safe helmet storage.
These 10 are finished in black rocker guard paint. The trunk body and the outside of the lid, with a white TrailTail logo. We've found the rocker guard paint has excellent durability. The inside of the box is a light brown color. This is the color of the fiberglass. It is sanded down smooth on the interior of the box. Also sanded down on the exterior before priming and painting.
We've eliminated color options for now. We rarely sold a white box. It's back to Henry Ford's way, you can have it any color, as long as its black.
